Music Festival at Can Costa

Pianist, composer and improviser born in Menorca, Marco Mezquida turns the piano into a small universe: lyricism, risk and an intuition that leaps across styles without asking permission. Trained at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC), he has brought his music to more than 40 countries and has taken part in over 100 recordings, with a career shaped by curiosity and versatility. Live, he blends the precision of classical training with the pulse of jazz and the freedom of improvisation, creating soundscapes that move from the intimate to the explosive. Among his recent works are Del alma and O Fado, proof of a creativity in laboratory mode, always in motion.
